Yoga is a unique practice, on the one hand it is a tool to take a pause, to slow down and immerse yourself in your own silence and depth. 

On the other hand, if everyday life seems to feel repetitive like “Groundhog day” and you want to let something new in, yoga becomes a way to revitalize the body and the space around you. 

The body and the mind are closely connected, so when we revitalize and change the body we can influence our consciousness, and consciousness can do wonders in our lives.
